Matrix enjoyed retrieving quail, prairie chicken or anything else that has feathers. He was quite the hunting dog.

In Fall 2003, Matrix began his agility career. Matrix earned his Novice Agility Jumpers title on October 26, 2003, at the Hutchinson Agility Trial and then went on to earn his Novice Agility title on April 4, 2004.

Intelligence and drive make this boy the truly great obedience dog that he was. He finished his CDX in July 2002 at two years of age.

Matrix earned both his AKC and ASCA CD's at 1 year of age. He has won ASCA High in Trials and has had multiple placings in both organizations. Here Matrix is shown finishing his title with a third place win in Emporia, Kansas with a score of 196.
