    Ammo is a beautiful brightly ticked and moderately sized German Shorthaired Pointer gal.   She is quiet by nature and also very athletic and willing to please.  Her mother and father are both holders of GSPCA's Versatility Certificates and she is already starting to follow in their footsteps.  She is a recent recipient of GSPCA's Versatility Certificate (VC) and will continue to prove her versatility by continuing to compete in the conformation, hunting, and obedience rings.   The agility ring will be her newest destination in 2009.  We will keep you informed of her progress.

Ammo taking Best of Breed over specials July 2008
Ammo started off her SHOW career with a bang!  With VERY limited showing she already has several Best of Breed wins over specials, BOS over specials and 10 points.  She needs 2 majors to finish her show championship.

OBEDIENCE and RALLY are some of Ammo's favorite things to do.  She has already earned her Rally Novice (RN), Rally Advanced (RA), Rally Excellent (RE), Companion Dog (CD) and Companion Dog Excellent (CDX) titles.  She is currently in training for Utility. 

NEWS FLASH:  Ammo ended 2007 ranked #10 in the GSPCA Top Obedience Rankings!  She is currently ranked #17 for 2008 with very limited showing.

Ammo is also becoming a great HUNTING dog.  She is pictured here at 13 months.



Ammo is currently in training for her Senior Hunter (SH) title and she earned one leg toward this title her first time out at the Sunflower German Shorthaired Pointer Club hunt test on October 27, 2007.  Ammo will continue competing Fall 2008!
